Celebrating

ACT is a new membership programme for individuals working within the enterprise sector. Its aim is to provide a unique network for like-minded professionals who offer services such as advice, coaching, mentoring and training to the starting and running small businesses.

Robert was formally presented with the first ever membership certificate issued at the first ACT conference in Nottingham recently.

ACT members benefit from an exciting programme of activities including training and development, locally based peer networking as well as a national representation from NFEA.

It is estimated there is a market of 7000 enterprise professionals who could become members.

Robert said: “All the research shows that business owners seek advice from people they can trust, who are willing to share the challenge and sometimes the pain. ACT strikes me as a network where everyone who really cares about those they advise can share ideas, learn and build their strength.

The best entrepreneurs are those who see the opportunity and grasp it quickly, without hesitation. ACT is one of those opportunities that if you hesitate, is probably not for you. To me it's the place to meet and grow with others who share my passion for practical enterprise support.”

NFEA Chief Executive George Derbyshire said: “We have been overwhelmed by the amount of positive feedback obtained for ACT so far and we have already received a high level of interest for this new membership network.”
