Robert has expanded his enterprise support team at Turnpike Farm to meet the demand for his quirky and effective style of business support. Three team members have joined Turnpike Farm to work with Robert to provide a range of enterprise growth services tailored to meet the needs of start-ups and growing new enterprises. Turnpike Farm offers prospective clients a free exploratory meeting and often helps clients gain grants to subsidise work. Services range from pre-start advice, through to business incubation, managed workspace mentoring, and practical support with PR and marketing. Managing the new operation is Business and PR manager Bella Brodie who joined the team after four years with respected Norfolk PR agency Mary Rudd PR. With previous management experience in the public sector, her competencies span across several areas including PR, event and project management, funding and crisis planning. Fellow PR Lucy Wright, joined the company with a degree in journalism from UEA. Lucy has previously worked on national and local accounts with Norwich PR Agency ‘The Word’. Joining Robert, Bella and Lucy in the client support team is Anita Soddy who has extensive background experience in event management, project planning, administration and research. Commenting on the expansion, Robert said: ‘As we begin to see the first glimmer of light at the end of the recession tunnel, now is the time to get yourself in position for the tomorrow’s opportunities. But values and expectations have shifted. For those willing to adapt and work in a more collaborative, inclusive way, the future is bright’. Turnpike Farm offers prospective clients a free exploratory meeting.
