Who are bootcamps designed for?
Self employed? Sole trader? Freelance? Small business (up to 20 employees even)?
That’s a bootcamper.
What are they? They are a programme of advice, mentoring and support designed to help you separate the wood from the trees, focus your business, analyse where you are, where you want to go and how you're going to get there. Businesses don’t stand still if they’re to survive. You need to grow, but in what direction? Running a business alone can be an isolating experience. It can be difficult when your diary is stuffed with things to do and it’s almost impossible to find the time to think and plan. When you’re so involved in at the coalface, it’s easy to lose sight of the bigger picture.
When?
Bootcamps can be arranged pretty much to suit participants’ availability. When you reach the stage in your business that you know it’s time to step back and look at how far you’ve come and where next, that’s the time for a bootcamp. How A mixture of group meetings, personal and e-support. To start with you will define your business then set three goals for what you want out of the bootcamp. Then you’ll define specific tasks to help you reach those goals. You’ll refine these with Robert’s help before the final meeting when you graduate.
