It took considerable courage to pick up the phone and arrange to meet a professional image consultant. But once you've overcome the fear, the reality is actually rather nice.

I chose to work with Claire Bunton and can thoroughly recommend her. Although based in Norwich, you can always combine a day with Claire with a visit to this fine city. There's lots to do!

Claire asks you who you meet and what messages you want them to pick up from your appearance. Without giving away all of my secrets, it's fair to say that Claire has persuaded me to wear things I'd never have dared look at in the shops; that's if I knew where to look.
