Here's how I keep myself fit

Of course there is always the gym. I belong to one close to my home and visit there two or three times a week. Each weekend however, I have an hour with James Robinson.

He puts me through my paces, making sure I have a balanced exercise programme that changes frequently so I don't get bored. He also suggests what I should do at the gym in between our sessions.

I've worked with James for more than a year now and have come to rely on his critical eye to keep myself in shape.
